Okay…I was going to try to write some humorous ditty but I am too damned nervous! This day will be glorious and torturous all at the same time. At least I am hoping for the “glorious” part! PLEASE!!!

Well, I hesitate to write this, but remember, you saw it here first. Obama is going to get around 400 EVs and win by a margin of at least 10% of the popular vote.

I’m trembling. What if they cheat? What if racism is too strong and they can’t punch in the right name. ahhhhhh…..
I’ve often pondered that question and the only answer I’ve been able to come up with is: I just don’t know. Thank god the majority of the country came out of its blinding stupidness and elected the right person. Hopefully Obama will actually be able to clean up the giant crapload Bush is leaving behind or at least clean up part of it. Let’s be honest, amazing as he is, we will probably be recovering from the debacle that was George W. Bush for at least a decade. On the upside, I do think Obama will be able to stabilize things and hopefully (with the help of a Democratic congress) give us national healthcare….oh and maybe a decent start on an alternative energy plan. Fingers crossed!
